Two more connections complete the picture. InsightPulse sees the whole book — claims next to policies and the market — and keeps news on the insureds behind them. InsightXtract reads documents, so a loss notice that arrives as an ACORD form or a scanned letter becomes a first notice with a citation on every field.
Claims into the portfolio
InsightPulse receives the claim events that describe the book: opened, reserve movements, payments and voids, recoveries, closed and reopened, large losses, suits and SIU referrals. They join the portfolio view beside policies and premium, so loss ratios and trends read from the same claims the desk is working.
News on the insureds behind the claims
InsightPulse already fetches company news with a citation required on every article. InsightCW does not call a model for news; it asks Pulse two things — which Pulse company is each insured, and what Pulse holds on those companies — and the home reads those answers per request. Only commercial insureds are asked about, the names on the policies behind claims; never claimants or other people.
Notices from documents
Xtract extracts a loss notice or an ACORD 1, 2 or 3 form and posts its result: each field's value and confidence, a page or text citation per field, and an overall confidence. CW keeps, per field, where it was read from and how sure the read was, then runs the ordinary intake. The callback is idempotent on Xtract's correlation id, so a redelivery returns the notice already made. Conversion to a claim stays a person's step.
Every one of these connections is optional and named in configuration; with none configured, CW runs on its own and says which answers came from where.
